President & CEO, Founder
Ms. Imbrogno is the founder of the Human Resource Consulting Group in Connecticut. Ms. Imbrogno earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management/Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, plus a B.S. in Business Administration/Management, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Mercy College.
Robin is a recognized leader in the business community as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Payroll Association (APA), The Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA,) The Payroll Group (TPG) as Secretary on the Board of Directors, and a former recipient of the Association for Women in Communications award (WIC).
Ms. Imbrogno holds board positions as President for The Payroll Group (TPG), a board member for the Women’s Business Development Council, and Co-Chair of the CBIA's Labor & Employment Law Council. Past positions include HR officer at Village Savings Banks in New York and Citytrust in Bridgeport, CT. Robin has served as an adjunct professor for the Management and Business departments at the University of Bridgeport, Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, and Albertus Magnus. She is a certified facilitator for Fierce Communications and Global Achievement.
Robin’s drive for excellence and standards for outstanding client service has resulted in a long-term and loyal employee and client base.
Chief Revenue Officer
Dave joined the Human Resource Consulting Group in April of 2020 as CRO. With 20 plus years of experience in the HCM industry and a proven track record of driving business growth we are excited to have his experience and the passion he brings for helping small businesses. Prior to joining HRCG, Dave was the President of StaffWorks a full-service recruiting business and sister company to Human Resource Consulting Group (HRCG). Before StaffWorks, Dave spent the majority of his professional career working for market leader ADP in the human resource outsourcing business.
Dave joined ADP in 2000 as a sales associate, selling the ADP TotalSource® solution to small and mid size businesses. He assumed increasing roles of responsibility in sales and in 2011, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Service and Operations for TotalSource. After 13 years in TotalSource, Dave was promoted to become President of the National Accounts business for ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions and appointed as a Corporate Officer of the company. Dave had direct leadership for 6,500 ADP associates with responsibility for delivering HCM solutions, including Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Human Resource Management, Payroll, Workforce Management, Comprehensive Outsourcing Services, and Talent Management.
Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer
Lisa Pollock is the Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer at The Human Resource Consulting Group and oversees the HR Business Partner Group and HR Operations. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in building infrastructures for growing businesses focusing on HR compliance, talent acquisition, and implementing best practices. Lisa has extensive experience in industries such as municipalities, non-profit organizations, manufacturing, professional services and retail.
Prior to joining the HRCG team in 2011, Lisa served as Senior HR Manager at Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation and as HCM Project Manager at Daimler Chrysler Capital Services. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University, and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
Director of Operations
Tara Jones leads the Operations Team for The Human Resource Consulting Group. Tara has over 20 years of experience in Payroll, HR and PEO service organizations. She has held her CPP certification for 20 years. She studied Computer Science at Truett McConnel College and Accounting from Chattanooga State.
Ms. Jones is a Past Chapter President and Speaker Chair for the American Payroll Association (APA). She has served in the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute (CWLI) and is a former speaker for Lorman Training.
Tara’s passion for excellence and proven history in leading, building and developing teams will help ensure HRCG’s continued growth and success.
Manager - HR Business Partner Group
Kathy Norman has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource management in a variety of industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, healthcare, financial, public and retail organizations. She has specialized expertise in employment, training, and employee relations. Kathy has been with The Human Resource Consulting Group for 15 years as a Sr. HR Business Partner, providing guidance to client leadership and is responsible for servicing her accounts from a strategic HR perspective.
Kathy manages the HR Business Partner Group on a day-to-day basis and handles initiatives such as strategic planning, policy development, performance management, employee and management counseling, etc. Kathy attended Post University and has gone through the certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Assistant Director of Operations
Jodi Santoyo is a seasoned professional in human resources and payroll operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at The Human Resource Consulting Group. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Jodi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
During her 11 years as a Client Service Manager for a prominent payroll service bureau, she cultivated lasting client relationships, which developed into the role of Payroll Manager for a prominent national corporation. In this critical capacity, she oversaw the payroll operations of a large-scale organization, showcasing her aptitude for orchestrating complex processes with precision. Her deep understanding of payroll intricacies, coupled with her leadership finesse, enables her to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of service.
Jodi has been a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) since 2007.
Implementation Manager
Carri has over 30 years of experience in the payroll and human capital management industry with publicly-held, national payroll companies. A certified payroll professional (CPP) for over 15 years, she is an expert in implementing payroll and related services for employers across a wide variety of industries.
Carri has also been very active in the American Payroll Association (APA) and participates in her regional chapter's Money Matters program for local high schools throughout the state.
HR Operations Supervisor
Kelley DeMasi is the HR Operations Supervisor at The Human Resource Consulting Group, where she oversees the specialties within the HR Operations Group involving Benefits, Continuous Improvement, and Special Projects. Kelley is passionate about her work and is always looking for ways to make our client’s interactions with HR simple and efficient.
Before joining the HRCG team in 2021, Kelley’s experience included successful work in various HR roles where she gained extensive knowledge across industries including manufacturing, corporate and design.
Kelley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Sacred Heart University and is pursuing her SPHR certification.
HR Operations Supervisor
Lesley Junko has over 10 years of operational experience in Human Resources. As HR Operations Supervisor, Lesley oversees the HR Administration team responsible for onboarding, offboarding, ACA, I-9 compliance, government reporting, record keeping, and leave management.
Prior to joining HRCG in 2012, Lesley worked in Business Development and Staffing & Recruitment roles across the Healthcare Technology and Engineering industries.
Lesley holds a B.S. in Health Management from Quinnipiac University.
